LUCI SILVESTRIN

Principal Lawyer


Luci Silvestrin is a media and entertainment lawyer with significant experience working within the creative industries.

With a background in intellectual property and commercial law, Luci is passionate about providing effective, accessible and practical legal services to assist creative practitioners in their projects.

Luci has a particular focus on the film and television industry, with over 10 years' experience working with several of Australia’s leading independent production companies in both drama and documentary television production, feature film, digital online programming, and commercial content.

She has a strong commercial awareness that comes from direct industry experience and working with a variety of clients including film and television producers, live performance companies, writers, directors, digital creators, funding agencies and distributors.

Luci holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Western Australia.

• Sessional Lecturer at the Western Australian Screen Academy - 2017 to present
• Member of the Screen Producers Association of Australia
• Member of the Law Society of Western Australia

NINA SILVESTRIN

Paralegal & Office Administrator


Nina provides Beach Street Lawyers with paralegal support and makes sure our office runs smoothly. She has a background in arts education, including six years’ experience as a secondary school photography and media teacher.

Nina has a Bachelor of Arts (Communication Studies) from the University of Western Australia and a Graduate Diploma of Education from Curtin University.
